One day,I found a diary under a desk.
It belonged to Beth.
She wrote,"I don't have any friends.
No one cares about me. I am lonely.
I want to be good. But I don't know how to be good."
I decided to help Beth.
The next day was Beth's birthday. I arranged a surprise birthday party for her.
When she entered the classroom. We all sang "Happy birthday to you."
Beth was very surprised and moved.
We gave her presents.
Beth was so happy that she almost cried.
Beth became a completely different person after her birthday.
She became friendly to other students.
She became polite to Mrs.Roth.
She behaved in the classroom.
