Hi,Tiff here. I am working as a waitress at this restaurant.
I am going to work here during my summer vacation.
I am not used to this job yet so I often make mistakes.
I just spilt water on the wealthy lady's dress.
The wealthy lady is very angry.
She is going to complain about me to the manager.
Most of our customers are patient and kind.
But not this Woman!
She is so impatient!
She doesn't want to wait even one second.
When she wants something,she wants it right away.
Otherwise,she gets mad.
She is also rude.
I get nervous around her.
That's why I spilt water on her.
I make mistakes when I am nervous.
