Lesson 8 : House & Action Verbs

* 학습 목표 : turn on, turn off 등의 동사를 익힌다.
* new words : light, washing machine, clean, dirty,
put into, take out of~ , hang


⑴ Things to do in the morning (아침에 하는 일)
세수를 하려면 어디로 가는지 그 과정을 머릿속으로 생각하게 한다.
-> Go to the bathroom! -> Turn on the light. -> Turn on the water.
-> Wash your face! -> Turn off the water. -> Turn off the light.

⑵ Turn on / Turn off 개념 설명
Turn on the computer. / Turn off the computer. (TV, radio, light, water)

-> Listen & Do it.
* Turn on the light. on / off
* 물건이 켜질 때 변화되는 그림을 확인시킨다.

⑶ Dirty & Clean
각 그림의 옷을 설명한다.( dirty socks, dirty shirt, dirty skirt, dirty pants)
-> Put the dirty shirt into the washing machine.
-> Turn on the washing machine and wash the dirty clothes.
-> Take the clean shirt out of the washing machine.

⑷ Listen & Click on
Review of the words 'dirty' and 'clean'
-> Click on the clean jacket.

⑸ Review (dirty & clean)
Look at Henry. He is dirty. He must go to the bathroom.
Henry, wash your stomach(face, arms, knees, legs, shoulders, feet, hands, neck).
Now, he is clean!

⑹ Listen & Do it.
어둑어둑 저녁이 되었습니다. 각 방의 불이 켜지고 여러 가지 전기제품들의 스위치가 올려집니다. 침실의 컴퓨터가 켜지고 거실의 라디오에선 음악이 흐릅니다.
가족이 함께 화목하게 저녁시간을 보내고 각자 잠을 자러갑니다.
모두 잘 자! “Say, Good night!”

⑺ Match the cards
숫자와 행동을 잘 듣고 맞는 카드 찾아 넣기
① Wake up!
② Get up!
③ Number 3, turn on the light.
④ Number 4, put on your clothes.
⑤ Number 5, stretch.
⑥ Number 6, go to the bathroom.
⑦ Number 7, turn on the water.
⑧ Number 8, wash your face.

⑻ Quiz
turn on, turn off, put ~ into, take ~ out of, hang 등의 표현을 다시 복습한다.
-> Turn on the light. / Turn off the light.
-> Put the dirty dress into the washing machine.
-> Hang the clean pants on the Number 4.
